Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No-Show Policies
Please Note:
•We do not accept late appointments unless you have already called and confirmed the late arrival with your groomer.
•If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call. It is very likely we will need to reschedule your appointment.
•We have a $25 fee per pet for last-minute cancellations or No-Shows
•We are closed on Sunday and Monday
While we understand that "life happens", even an appointment that is only 10 minutes late will affect the rest of the day's appointments. Much like a doctor's office, each groomer works with one baby at a time. Starting late will push the appointment into the next one and cause a ripple effect of tardiness through the day. We would like to continue our fast turnaround times and little kennel time for your fur baby babies.
